{How it helps}

For the meetings
that run the week.

01

One-on-ones you actually remember.

After each conversation, NoteHand writes a summary, the decisions, the action items and the open questions, with the transcript behind them. The next one-on-one starts from what was said, not what you recall.

THE NOTE

Growth plan: revisit in October.

02

Check-ins that end with owners.

During the meeting, Coach flags the commitment that has no owner or the deadline nobody named, and suggests the question. Add the agenda and it follows your plan.

THE COMMITMENT

Priya will send the draft Tuesday.

03

The review, with receipts.

Every recorded meeting is searchable by title, summary and transcript, and you can tag and rename meetings to group them. When the project review asks what was agreed in March, the answer is a search away.

Your team’s words
stay on your Mac.

Meeting audio and transcripts stay on the Mac. Coach and notes can run through a local model with Ollama, or through your own OpenAI or Anthropic account if you choose. Exported notes are Markdown files in a folder you pick.

{Good to know}

A few good
questions.

Does my team see that I’m recording?

No bot joins the meeting and nothing appears in the call. Tell your team before you record; NoteHand asks for your consent at setup, and recording rules differ by place.

Can I find every one-on-one with one person?

The Library searches by title, summary and transcript, and you can rename and tag meetings, so a tag per person or per project keeps them together.

Does it work for in-person meetings?

Yes. Start a manual recording with ⌘⇧R and NoteHand records from the microphone. Coach, notes and the Library work the same way.
