Every client call.Nothing
lost.

Discovery calls, scope conversations, weekly check-ins. NoteHand records the call on your Mac, suggests the question you might miss, and writes the notes so the follow-up is already half done.

{How it helps}

Built for the calls
that become the work.

01

Discovery without the notepad.

Coach listens on your Mac and, about every 30 seconds, suggests a question you can choose to ask: the approver nobody named, the deadline without an owner. Add your agenda and the suggestions follow it.

THE OPEN POINT

Who signs off on the budget?

02

The scope, as agreed.

After the call, NoteHand writes a summary, the decisions, the action items and the open questions, with the full transcript behind them. Edit the notes, then export them as Markdown to a folder you choose, organised by year and month.

THE DECISION

Phase one starts on the 3rd.

03

Six weeks later, the exact words.

The Library keeps every recorded meeting searchable by title, summary and transcript. When a client asks what was agreed in March, you have the note and the words behind it.

Client conversations
stay on your Mac.

Meeting audio and the transcript stay on your Mac. Coach and notes can run through a local model with Ollama. If you choose OpenAI or Anthropic, the transcript text goes to that provider on your own account, and nothing else does.

{Good to know}

A few good
questions.

Does a bot join my client’s call?

No. NoteHand records the meeting app’s audio and your microphone on your Mac when it detects a call in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, Slack or Discord, or a Google Meet, Zoom, Webex or Teams meeting in a browser tab. Nothing appears in the meeting.

Should I tell the client I’m recording?

Yes. Let participants know before you record, whether the call is on video or in person. NoteHand asks for your consent at setup, and recording rules differ by place.

Can I keep the notes in my own project folders?

Yes. Exported notes are Markdown files in a folder you choose, organised by year and month. They are ordinary files: move them, share them or sync them the way you already do.
